Sign of Jonah

Text: Matthew 12:39-40.

But He answered and said to them, “An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Matthew 12:39‭-‬40 NKJV

1. Pray that you will seek the power of the sign of the resurrected Christ.

2. Pray that your life will be a miraculous sign unto others as you live a life of death to sin.

3. Pray that your loved ones will die with Christ as a sign of a new life in Him.

4. Pray that the members of your local church will not be obsessed with seeking signs and wonders at the expense of dying and living with Christ.

5. Pray that the deeds of the evil and adulterous in your nations will be overcome through the sign of Christ's resurrection.
