Rejected for Fear

Text: Acts 9:26-27

[26] And when Saul had come to Jerusalem, he tried to join the disciples; but they were all afraid of him, and did not believe that he was a disciple. [27] But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles. And he declared to them how he had seen the Lord on the road, and that He had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.

1. Pray that you will not be rejected because of your past.

2. Pray that you will be a facilitator of acceptance, highlighting the good in people.

3. Pray that your loved ones will win the acceptance of people of the faith without fear and prejudice.

4. Pray that your local church will be accepting of new members, embracing them with love.

5. Pray that the church of Christ in your nation will accept the ministries of people who seem to be different because of their past.
