Pursue the Hard Thing

Text: 2 Kings 2:9-10

“And so it was, when they had crossed over, that Elijah said to Elisha, “Ask! What may I do for you, before I am taken away from you?” Elisha said, “Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me.” So he said, “You have asked a hard thing. Nevertheless, if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so for you; but if not, it shall not be so. ””

‭‭II Kings‬ ‭2:9-10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

1. Pray that you will have opportunities to state your double claim in your life, career and ministry.

2. Pray for the perseverance to pursue even the seemingly impossible vision.

3. Pray that your loved ones will have their eyes set on theirs goals as they pursue to the end, no matter the difficulty.

4. Pray that the rewards from the pursuit of the members of your local church will be doubled.

5. Pray that the leaders of the churches in your city and country will receive double dose of the Spirit’s power as they fully focus and pursue their callings.
