Purposed for Purity

Text: Daniel 1:8-9.

But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself. Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.

Daniel 1:8‭-‬9 KJV

1. Pray that you will be purposed in your heart to stay pure.

2. Pray that God will bring you into favour with people of prominence who will promote your godly resolve.

3. Pray that your loved ones will find the favour and love needed to keep pure.

4. Pray that the members of your local church will be determined to keep their purity at all cost.

5. Pray that the believers in your nation will be able to overcome the pressure and enticement to comprise, defiling themselves.
