Peace Destroys Fear

Text: ‭‭John‬ ‭20:19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

[19] Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.”

1. Pray that you will enjoy the company and warmth of people who love you and share your fears.

2. Pray that the peace of Christ will disperse every fear in you.

3. Pray that your loved ones will not be shut in for fear but be liberated by the peace of Christ.

4. Pray that the members of your local church will not be inhibited by fear and the desire to honour religious expectations.

5. Pray that the church in your nation will not hide in fear but transmit Christ's peace through the gospel.
