Parental Counsel

Text: Proverbs 1:8-9.

My son, hear the instruction of your father, And do not forsake the law of your mother; For they will be a graceful ornament on your head, And chains about your neck.

Proverbs 1:8‭-‬9 NKJV

1. Pray that you will always give sound parental counsel to your children, making them stand out among their peers.

2. Pray that you will be beautified with the ornament of grace as your hearken to parental counsel.

3. Pray that your loved ones will not reject parental counsel but be crowned with grace through obedience.

4. Pray that the children of the members of your local church will adhere to their parents' counsel, in these times of rebellion.

5. Pray that the parents in your nation will offer valuable counselling and teaching which enables grace and glory to be on their children.
