Disobedience: Bondage or Forgiveness

Text: Nehemiah 9:17.

They refused to obey, And they were not mindful of Your wonders That You did among them. But they hardened their necks, And in their rebellion They appointed a leader To return to their bondage. But You are God, Ready to pardon, Gracious and merciful, Slow to anger, Abundant in kindness, And did not forsake them.

Nehemiah 9:17 NKJV

1. Pray that you will not be forgetful of your testimonies of God's miracles and wonders in your life and family.

2. Pray that by God's grace, you will not be bound through your obedience to leaders that will lead you back to bondage.

3. Pray that God's grace and mercy will curb the disobedience of your loved ones, redeeming them from impending bondage.

4. Pray that the leaders of your local church will not lead the congregation into bondage but rather to the freedom of God's love.

5. Pray that your nation will not be forsaken because of stubbornness and disobedience but be saved by God's grace and mercies.
